Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any product, application, or service provided by INTERAKTIV AUDIO LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
Products and Services
We provide iOS and Mac applications for live DJ performance and digital sample packs for music production. Our products are distributed through the Apple App Store and our website.
Purchases and Payments
- App Store purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple.
- Website purchases (sample packs, digital products) are processed by Stripe. All prices are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.
- Our apps are sold as one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
License
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and digital products for their intended purpose.
- Apps — You may install and use the app on devices you own, subject to Apple's usage rules.
- Sample packs — You may use the included audio samples in your own music productions and live performances, including commercial releases. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the samples as standalone sample packs or sound libraries.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, trademarks, and audio material remain the property of INTERAKTIV AUDIO LIMITED unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our products for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent any licensing or copy-protection mechanisms.
- Redistribute or sublicense our products without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our software.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTERAKTIV AUDIO LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use our products is revoked.
Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with or rely on third-party services (Apple, Stripe, Cloudflare). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
