INTERAKTIV AUDIO LIMITED is a Hong Kong-based company that builds iOS and Mac applications for live DJ performance and produces sample packs for DJs and producers. This policy explains how we handle your data across our website, apps, and digital products.

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our products and improve them:
- Purchase data — When you buy through the Apple App Store, Apple processes your payment. We receive a transaction receipt but not your payment details. For purchases via our website, Stripe processes payments; we receive your email, name, and transaction details but never your full card number.
- Analytics — We may collect anonymized usage data (device type, OS version, feature usage) to improve our apps. No personally identifiable information is tied to analytics.
- Support correspondence — If you contact us, we store your email address and message content to respond and resolve issues.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect audio content, samples, or recordings from your device.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not use tracking pixels or advertising SDKs in our apps.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services:
- Apple — App Store purchases, app distribution, and optional crash reporting via TestFlight/Xcode. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Stripe — Payment processing for website purchases. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection for our website. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (such as theme preference stored in localStorage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Retention
We retain purchase records as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. Support correspondence is retained for up to 2 years after the last interaction. Anonymized analytics data is retained indefinitely.
